Out of all of the companies I've tried the best was this one! Brian from Solarski Mechanical was so honest and his prices were great! He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and helped us save money by offering multiple alternatives... He showed up immediately for our emergency and it was a true pleasure dealing with him. We use him for both our home and business now!

Brian Solarski of Solarski Mechanical installed a new two zone central air conditioning system in my home in March 2013. Mr. Solarski was professional, reliable and courteous throughout the process. I was impressed that he involved me in the design and layout of the system and worked with me to accommodate my preferences in placement of equipment, plumbing and wiring for the system. He then installed the system in the time frame promised with virtually no disruption to my family’s daily living. He also made sure all work areas were neat and clean after each day’s work. I have known Brian Solarski for a little over a year when he had to replace my AC unit last summer. Throughout the year, no matter what my question, he ALWAYS answered right away. Thankfully he told me to register my unit so that it would be under warranty because there wound up being a leak in the new coils. I told him my AC wasn't working and he came out immediately to see what needed to be fixed. He replaced the coils, all under warranty. Brian has been extremely flexible with my hectic schedule, but most importantly, he treats me like a person and not a customer. Highly recommend!

Solarski Mechanical is outstanding! Brian quickly responded to our inquiry, arrived on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate for both the furnace and water heater. We really didn’t know anything about systems, so he took the time to listen to our needs and advised/educated on the best value for our situation. He was quick to point out what would be overkill and saved us money in the process.

On the day of installation, he was on time and worked into the evening to insure all was in good working order before leaving. He also made sure everything was neat and clean (you couldn’t tell they were there).

He arranged for all the permits and kept us informed on the progress of the inspection schedule, which turned out to take weeks. On the inspection days (multiple ones in our area), he was there in advance, and worked with the inspector to make a couple of minor adjustments so that we breezed through the inspection.

In addition, because he couldn’t test the airflow with the a/c (it was winter), he came back in the spring on his own time to test the system out and tweak as needed.

Brian is a true professional in every sense of the word- knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone!

Yesterday, after the thunderstorms, the AC on my lower level stopped working. In the evening I called Solarski Mechanical. Brian answered promptly and agreed to come today morning. As promised, he showed up promptly at 11:30 am. I had checked the breaker and so did Brian. He went back to get his tools and upon returning, he noticed something. I checked back with Brian in a few minutes and he said, the system is fixed. I asked what was the issue? He showed me an emergency switch, which was turned off . I breathed a singh of relief .

On Memorial Day weekend, my A/C decided to stop working. My house was over 80 degrees on a Friday night. Helpful, honest and likable with no high pressure sales pitch whatsoever, it would have been easy to give Brain the job that day but since this was my first time replacing a major home system I felt compelled to get a few other quotes. In the end however, all that did was keep us in the cold and drag the whole process out by about 3 weeks. Solarski Mechanical offered the highest efficiency name brand furnace and installation package for the money.

I called Brain back and within days we again have a warm home and the equipment/installation appears top notch. I have no reservations recommending Solarski Mechanical.

Recently I had the opportunity to “work” with Brian Solarski. I put the word “work” in quotes because Brian Solarski actually never did any physical “work” for me. Instead he did one of the nicest things any independent contractor has ever done for me. He was ‘’way-over-the-top” generous with his time, expertise and opinion knowing there was no job to be gained. 

Let me explain. 

When my AC unit failed at the end of the summer, I did an internet search for AC contractors and Brian Solarski came up. I called him. He spent more than 45 minutes with me on the phone, listening to the problem, offering his advice and talking through the issues I faced. I liked his direct approach. 

I was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge – and passion - that I asked him to work on my unit. That’s when I found out he was located in Burlington County – I lived in Gloucester County. When his named popped up on my internet search, I didn’t realize he was nearly two hours away. I asked him would he consider doing the job anyway, but he politely declined because he said he would not be able to service me in a manner he is accustomed to,  and that I would be better served by finding a more local contractor. 

However, he told me to call him should I have any other questions or need guidance in making a final decision. Wow, now I was really impressed.  

Knowing nothing about AC units or HVACs – or companies who specialize in these areas – I took Brian up on his offer and called him 3, 4, 5 times over the course of two months. He became my “go to” person and answered every question I asked of him (and there were many!). Not once did he rush me or push me off. He spent time with me as if I was his most important client. 

Brian was generous with his time and knowledge, sincere and a straight-shooter. Oh, and a nice guy too! My only disappointment was that I could not hire him to do the work himself. He did, however, guide me in the right direction in terms of what I should do, the pros and cons of various units, and the ins-and-outs of the companies I was considering. My final decision was one I could sleep with at night because of the help Brian gave me. 

It became obvious to me how much Brian cares about his work and his clients. I know this is a long-winded recommendation, but my experience with Brian was very positive and I guess I am “gushing” a bit. Based on my experience with Brian I would highly recommend to anyone looking for heating/cooling solutions to give Brian the opportunity to solve your issues.
